The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition requires public posting of materials as part of the annual CoC application process. These documents are reviewed annually and posted during the competition, in accordance with the CoC Program Competition Notice of Fund Availability (NOFO) guidance.

2023 CoC Program Competition Appeals Committee
In accordance with the 2023 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Policy Manual, an Appeals Committee was formed and scheduled to meet on August 23rd, 1:00-2:30 PM to hear appeals from organizations wishing to appeal the ranking recommendations of the Non-Conflicted Workgroup to the Blueprint Council.
