Mission and Vision Statement

Mission Statement

The Albert G. and Sara I. Reuben Engagement Center provides safe, medical and therapeutic treatment and engagement for substance-impaired individuals who may be or may not be homeless and on the streets and connects them to addictions treatment, mental health and other supportive services.

Vision Statement

All individuals have safe medical treatment and connection to addictions treatment, housing, mental health care, and other supportive services while reducing costly alternatives for our community. The engagement center allows those we serve to recover without fear of incarceration and by helping local providers develop effective services that enhance an individual’s humanity and dignity, and supporting self-sufficiency and family reunification. We complete our work through a collaborative effort with law enforcement, treatment and homeless providers, public officials, community members, and others willing to help.
