ESG Information 2017

The Department of Metropolitan Development is pleased to announce Letters of Interest are being accepted to apply for the 2017 Supplemental ESG funding for Rapid Rehousing (RRH) activities.

 

How to Apply

Application Materials: Applicants are required to submit an electronic copy of the required documentation via email to Courtney Purnell at courtney.purnell@indy.gov and Jennifer Fults at jennifer.fults2@indy.gov.

When: Letters of Interest for ESG RRH are due by 12:00 (noon) EST on Monday, November 27, 2017. No late submissions will be accepted. Applicants are encouraged to submit letter of Interest prior to the November 27 deadline.

Background Information on the ESG RRH Funding

Background:  The City received notification from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development that an additional $611,000 of Emergency Solutions Grant had been awarded to the City.  The City of Indianapolis has decided to allocate this additional funding for Rapid Rehousing activities to align with Continuum of Care priorities and the Systems Modeling that was completed earlier this year.

Eligible Applicants:  Organizations that have a minimum of 12 months of direct experience with one or more of the following programs in Indianapolis:  CoC RRH, ESG RRH, and SSVF. Applicants will be required to demonstrate expertise and focus exclusively on one of the target populations listed below.

Target Population:  ESG RRH must serve clients from coordinated entry with a particular focus on three subpopulations:  Victims of Domestic Violence, Homeless Veterans, and Homeless Families.
